Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of custom products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if there is a problem with your order, we will make it right.

Changes, Corrections, and Approvals

When we receive your ministry information, we will create a mockup of your tract for you to proof and approve. Any corrections or changes need to be requested at this point. Once you have approved the artwork for your order, no other corrections or changes can be made to the order. Your order will proceed to print and be delivered as is. For this reason, you must carefully proofread your artwork to ensure all information is correct and accurate.

Turnaround Time

Typical turnaround time on the artwork is 3-4 business days.

Typical turnaround time on shipping is 2-3 weeks after artwork has been approved.

Due to the nature of custom orders, there is no rush order option.

Shipping

Free ground shipping is provided to the contiguous U.S. If delivery is needed outside that area, please contact us to see if special arrangements can be made. Faster shipping methods can be requested, but only cut a 3-5 days off of the turnaround and cannot be guaranteed.

Product Replacement

If your order is damaged in shipping or if there is a production error from our print shop, we will work with them to reprint and/or re-ship the product to you at no additional charge.
